About Dr. Kolomey

Dr. Kolomey is a board-certified internal medicine physician who has been caring for patients in the East Bay since 2010. She provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on building long-term relationships and delivering highly personalized, attentive care.

Her practice is intentionally structured to maintain a smaller patient panel, allowing for more time with each patient, better continuity, and direct access when it matters most.

Dr. Kolomey has extensive experience caring for patients at John Muir Health in Concord and Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch, and brings a broad clinical perspective to patients across all stages of life.
