Health In Focus Medical Associates provides physician-led, personalized primary care and internal medicine in Walnut Creek.

 

Our Antioch office will remain open through December 31, 2026. Patients currently receiving care in Antioch are welcome to continue their care with Dr. Irina Kolomey at our Walnut Creek office beginning January 2027.
